Vendor Verification upon Vendor Registration

Hi

Is there a way to force each new vendor to provide a Vendor Verification?

The verification is currently in the profile and hidden away. Is there a way to make it “in your face” so that all Vendors know of its importance?

Why not?

You may do many thing to force vendors to go for verification. e.g. restrict them on crate only one product with verification.

Hope you understand my point, restriction by capabilities.

Hi,

This requires some custom coding.

There is a method – $WCFMu->vendor_verification->is_verified_vendor( $vendor_id );

It returns TRUE/FLASE

Now, have to write capabilities depending upon this condition.

You may write this your own or may hire our experts as well.

I would like to proceed with the customization. I’m working through other issues as well, so we might be able to combine all the customization orders.

I would like to restrict the Product Limit to NONE, until the verification is complete. It would also be great to increase the size of the verification message or even a pop up, UNTIL the vendor verifies his account.
