Vendors cannot see orders directly !

I remember I asked thisquestion before but no answers. I am afraid I have to ask again. It seems other users don’t have this issue? My vendor can only see new orders from notification (the bell icon) and cliked it to get the order details as the links shows:

But if the vendor click ‘orders’ directly, it is empty like the link shows below:

HI,

Please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> fatal_erros log -> is any error generated?

Also check in Google Chrome Browser console, is there any JavaScript error happening to the site or not!
