Vendor reported emails stopped working/coming three days ago, eg: new orders, cancelled orders etc.. I checked emails settings and the options are enabled for them. Any idea on this issue? Thanks

It is showing emails being sent like password reset

So I tried password reset 2 times from another account on different browser but the user is not receiving the email. I checked spam too. I am worried users are not getting password reset emails and unable to complete their purchase. I have noticed too that customers have tried at least twice to reset password. Please help with this. Thanks

HI,
Password reset email trigger from WordPress core and emails are triggered for your case.
Now, if mail not received then it’s issue from your hosting mail server.
Between, did you checked “spam” folder?

We checked spam. I am receiving order emails now but vendors are not. vendor said last email was received 4-18-19

Hi,
Hope you already have this plugin installed – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/
Please check it’s log, store new order emails are triggered or not?
Also check at wp-admin -> Setting -> Emails -> Store New Order email -> be sure it’s enable.

I finally found the reason. Google blocked the sender and they had to reply to old email and it worked. I also told them to mark as important. So it seems to be working now. Thanks again
