Hi,

Your site have this issue, font icon issue.

That star shows “S” is same type of issue.

Possibly there has some plugin which loads a very old version of font awesome and that breaks the things.

Can you check this from site’s page source?

Ok, I solved it already. Because of I try to update WCfM CSS font awesome to V.5, then make the icon on WCfM dashboard lost.

OMG! This issue does not about font awesome version updates.
I found that the WC Simple Auction plugin directly affects the WCfM dashboard icons.

I just let you know, and I want to share.
May someone gives me an idea.

My timeline;
1. Previous V 4.1.4.: My WCfM dashboard is normal.
2. The WCMp Team help me solve the “S” icon. It OK, the “S” icon gone and the star icon changes to the dark gray
3. Install WC Simple Auction.
4. Update WCfM/Ultimate to 4.1.4 – The main menu icon of WCFM lost.
5. Update the font awesome in WCFM/Asset/font Section to V.5. (to solve the dark gray icon: it does not the big problem, but I try.) – Nothing happens.
6. Delete WCFM/Asset/font Section V.5 and paste the old file of WCfM Asset/font V4.1.4 instead. – It’s Ok the WCfM main icon comes back only 30 minutes and then after lost again. – I don’t know what happened.
7. Deactivate WC Simple Auction. – That’s OK with everything. WCfM dashboard returns to normal.
8. I contact the WC Simple Auction supporter and wait for the reply.

Now I found 2 problems with WC Simple Auction;
1. The plugin makes WCFM dashboard icon lost.
2. I have not the auction base page, and I try to create this page by putting the WC Simple Auction shortcode, but it does not work.
– The other process of WC auction is Ok.

Do you have any idea?

Can you please check WC Simple Auction Font Awesome library?
Is this too old ? Then update it and take a look.

I have to Auction Page thing, not have that much of idea of this.

Hi,

This is not possible to change HTML using any code, and there has hundreds of these icons, it’s not a right solution.

I had checked with WC Simple Auction but there is no such icon issue due to this. Something else causing this, and CSS will be the only preferable solution for this.

Did you ever shared any access with me – Admin or Vendor? Then I will take a look at this.

Can you exclude Font awesome and take a try?
