WCFM APP VENDOR DOESNT SHOW ALL COMPONENTS

Hi there,

I need your help please.
Im testing the vendor app.
I success to download and success to access the app.

But not everything appear.
I have this module
-Products
-Orders
-Enquiry Board
-Notification
No other thing appear…

But I would like that the vendor can access reports and order

By the way when the vendor is into the app and received a new order.
The notification appear on the phone and not trough the app.

By clicking on the phone notification , it doesn’t redirect trough the app…

Need to turn off the app and start again to see the new order…

>>>> Maybe the reports capability for the vendors is turned off. But didn’t get it from your words are you able to see the orders or not? Maybe a screenshot will be helpful along with the site URL and the temporary vendor access. and no one thing go to the capability settings and save the capability setting ones.

Other question please:

Into the Vendor App

Trough ORDERS tab

I have deleted previous orders from Admin board and it still appearing but with the icon Trash.
How long it will appear there ?

Other thing : By cliking on the order on processing statuts I just have the option to completed the order.

I would like to have other option as :
-Pending acceptance
-On preparation
-Pending customer on the store
or – On delivery
-Completed

Finally I found the Reports tab trough Admin capability , Thanks a lot !!!

But for notification , it doesn’t appear in-app 🙁

For the notification also can you check if the admin capabilities is enabled or not in the capability settings?

Notification is turned ON

But doesn’t show any notifications trough the NOTIFICATIONS tab.
