      Hi,

I’m hoping you can help me with a problem I’m facing. I am building a marketplace website using WCMP + WCFM and setting up shipping zones in Brazil using Woocommerce Table Rate Shipping plugin along with WCMP advanced shipping.

In Woocommerce I have had to create over 200 shipping zones as shipping in Brazil varies a lot. Each zone is set up with table rate shipping and sellers can adjust table rates in their seller dashboard. My problem occurs when I log into the dashboard as a seller and try to adjust the table shipping rates there. I have found that I can make adjustments for the first 110 zones but any adjustments to the remaining ~90 zones wont save properly and aren’t showing on the website when I go through the cart process.

Do you have any idea why this could be happening?

      Thanks and Regards,

      Ed

      Hi,

That’s something strange, if it does not save any of those than that will be a bug. But saving few is mysterious.

Is you site live? Can you allow me to check the things once?

Actually, it will be difficult for me to test the in my system as then I have to create 200 zones, quite time consuming. Hope you understand!

      Thank You

      Hi,

Your site is live, now that’s a big concern.

Is this possible to clone the site and setting up a staging for the site?

Frankly, I have to debug the issue and it’s risky for a live site. Hope you understand.

      Please know me possibilities.

      Thank You
      Shhiv

      Hi,

Our team is still debugging this.

      Please keep a bit patience.

Between, is this possible for you to share FTP access for this staging site?

      Thanks for your cooperation.

      Hi,

We have tested the thing and found that issues is there.

is this possible for you to increase two PHP parameters.

Maximum size for post in PHP: Currently 65 MB, increase to 256 MB
PHP maximum input variable (max input vars): Currently 1000, increase to 2500

      Thank You

I have made those changes but not 100% sure if it’s done correctly.

In order to change the max_post_size I created a php.ini file and added the new max_post_size value of 256MB there.
I added the max_input_vars variable to the .htaccess file.

Is that the correct way to go about it?

      Hi,

NO, How you can create a php.ini?

php.ini is already there in your server and you have to change these parameters there.

It will be best for you to talk to hosting company how you can change this for your server?

      Thank You

      Hi,

Wow! That’s fantastic. What you change certainly and starts working. We were debugging but didn’t get any such clue!

Well, WordPress does not support image edit option from front-end and wp-admin blocked for vendors, so media “Edit Image” option is not there.

      Thank You

That’s great regarding shipping problem. I will go ahead and make those adjustments to the the live site also.

For the ‘edit image’ capability. Is it possible with custom coding or no?

      Thanks and Regards

      Ed

      Hi,

WordPress does not allow image editing from front-end at all.
Still we will look into this if some alternate possibilities there!

      Thank You
