      Hi. Just wondering are others having a terrible experience with the speed of the admin dashboard in the WCFM Marketplace plugin? When logged in as an admin or a store vendor the pages can take up to 20 seconds to load and our store vendors are getting very frustrated, as am I, as an admin.

      The front end of the website is also taking anything up to 15 seconds for a page to load.

      We are using Siteground as our host so this shouldn’t be the issue and we have optimised the images, caching etc.

      But there’s definitely something wrong so any help would be much appreciated!

      Hello,

      Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

      Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it could be a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

      To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

      Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

      n.b.: You can disable all the modules that you are not using from WCFM admin dashboard >> Settings >> Modules to further optimize the dashboard page.
