WCFM not working with SCD Currency Plugin

On the website at the moment on the back end. Our sellers on WCFM ,can change the currency for individual shop with the help of SCD Currency. But the currency only takes effect on the product price, but the shipping cost still stays as the admin default currency.

For Example;
Shop A , set shop currency the Nigeria(Naira). They can input product price in Naira. But they have to input the shipping cost for each product in the Website set currency (which is USD(Dollars) . That is not right,as shop wants to input all price in Nigeria(Naira).

Here is what the developer of SCD have to say

we double checked your request, with the following outcome.
The problem is WCFM. Either your WCFM itself or the way your WCFM has been implemented within your site.
This does not respects woocommerce rules.
Otherwise our plugin would AUTOMATICALLY deal with your shipping costs. ”

Please help us look into this urgently.
