WCFM Page Customers for vendor admin

Hello team,

Unable to display the list of Customers for the role “vendor admin”, it shows me “No data in the table” while there are many customers for the seller,
Ps: I use wc product vendor.

Hi,

I understand your question, actually you re expecting Customers from this vendor’s orders.

But this is not the case yet. Actually, there is no such direct way to retrieve customers from vendor’s orders.

We are working on this part and looking for the best possible solution.

Currently, only customers added by this vendor is visible here, just like CRM system, vendor’s own customers.

it is WooCommerce Product Vendors 2.1.15 from WooCommerce. This plugin is natively supported by Listify theme.

Yeah, we have checked this using – WP version 5.2 and Woocomerce 3.6.2

Are you getting customers as Admin ?

Vendor’s customer list is empty or getting any error!

I am able to see customers as admin. However if I am logged in as vendor then I am not able to see my own customers.

There is no error. There is only empty list.

I have downloaded newest updates from you. Unfortunately issue is not solved yet. I have both created customer under vendor and it does not show up in vendor customer tab. Plus I have also ordered service from vendor via front page of shop and customer does not show up neither in customer tab.

All plugins are updated to newest version.

let me come back to you on this topic. I have waited until new releases will be available from your site. I have updated all new WCFM plugins to newest version. However I still can not see as a vendor customers in WCFM store.

let me inform you that after new release there is a change. Currently I am able to see list of names in customer tab. However it is a list of stuff instead of customers.

Could you please check and let me know. As mentioned I can grant access to my dev site so that you can check directly there in order to move this topic to closure.
