I tried the chat box using WCFM Ultimate. It needs every party to be online to chat each other. Is it possible to make it like any other messaging system? e.g. We can send a chat even when the other party is not online.
And when using mobile apps such as webview on android, I need to refresh the chat to show the last message from the user. The desktop chat will show new message directly. - March 4, 2020 at 3:14 pm #109930WCFM ForumMember

Hope you are using “Firebase” chat library.
If vendors are only then customer will able to do live communication with them.
If vendor not online then customer will able to send offline message – https://ibb.co/mSD31SM
Vendors will able to check these offline messages from their dashboard and also receive email for this – https://ibb.co/8Drn64D

instead of using pop up, can we use a page to show the chat? Chatting pop up is covering my bottom navigation bar. You can see my bottom navigation bar from a mobile device e.g. handphone by accessing http://www.wargakita.com. When I use chatting, it makes my bottom navigation bar hidden.
