      When submitting and editing multiple times either the short description or the description disappears.

      If you could look into the issue it would be nice.

      Hi,

      That’s something strange. We have tested this many times but there is no such issue.

      I think something else causing the problem.

      Can you please share a demo vendor access with us to check the things once?

      Hi,

      I have tested this.

      Created a product and updated it about 10 times – https://omarbaba.shop/shop-manager/products-manage/22760/

      Short description and description always there.

      Can you show me this over TeamViewer, may be I am missing something.

      Hi,

      Our team is debugging this.

      Well, I can suggest you a alternate quick fix. You may use normal “Textarea” for Short Description and “Editor” box only for Description.
