      Hi,

Thank you for your great support as always!
I am using Stripe as the main withdrawal method and a bit confused which options to choose for it to function as I want, so if you could give me an advice that would be much appreciated..

Basically, when an order is placed with product A,B,C from vendors A,B,C, I will be getting 10% commission of the total order.
The rest will be distributed to the vendors but in case of any refund and dispute, I want the withdrawal threshold to be 15 days.

I understand that I can set Withdrawal Request Threshold can be set but I believe this is just for when the request can be made in the dashboard rather than actually controlling the payout schedule for the vendors.

      Questions are:
      1. When the vendors connect with their Stripe account (as a user defined by Stripe) from WCFM dashboard, do I get their accounts automatically set up in my Stripe (Platform defined by Stripe) Connect section in Stripe.com.au or do I need to create their account separately in my Stripe Connect?
      2. If automatic, by default which of the user account does WCFM sets as currently Stripe has ‘Standard’ ‘Express’ and ‘Custom’. This will determine which paymode to select (‘direct charges’ ‘destination charges’ or ‘separate charges’).
      3. As seen in the attachment, can I set interval to 1 day, manual payment and threshold 15days, with Enabling ‘Direct Charges’ or it won’t work because direct charges only allows instant payment? This is where I am lost as I can still disable ‘auto payment’ but select ‘direct charges’ or ‘manual approval’.
If the order is completed by vendor A and B but if C never sent an item. with Direct charges, Stripe can withdraw money from Vendor C’s account for a refund but I thought Separate/ transfer charges works better in this situation as it allows Manual Payment. Am I in the right track?

So If I chose ‘Transfer Charges’, where do I see an option to ‘Transfer’ the the fund to the vendor? Does it need to be done in Stripe? Sorry I currently cannot locate where I can allow this to happen..
      Thank you for your help.

      HI,

Are you using Stripe Split or normal Stripe withdrawal?

      Thank You
