GuestHi – I see this is a new feature on WCFM. I have the WooCommerce Measurement Price Calculator plugin installed and can see the measurements tab on a product from the admin backend, but nothing from the frontend dashboard for admin or vendor. Is there some other setup I need to do?

MemberHI,
Frontend Manager Ultimate 5.2.0
– You have to update WCFM Ultimate to the latest version 5.4.1, this integration comes with Ultimate, not WCFM Free.
Thank You

GuestI have Ultimate and 5.2.0 is the latest version (no update available). It is your Frontend Manager that has 5.4.1 as the latest version, which I also have.

ParticipantI have had a look at your demo site – and measurements are also not showing up when I add a product.

ParticipantI have tried de-activating and re-activating the licence. No change – version is 5.2.0 with no update available. I have also looked at my WCFM analytics plugin – and it seems same problem there – plugin indicates that it is up to date, but if I look at the changelog there are newer versions for the plugin. How to update?

ParticipantUpdate – I manually uploaded the new analytics plugin and over-wrote the existing plugin to update the analytics. As soon as this was done the Ultimate plugin was indicating that an update was available (?). So, I have been able to update the plugin and measurements option is now available on the frontend dashboard.

MemberDO you have any server side caching?
Or, are your using any plugin update checker plugin?
Then clear those and check.
Between, what is your registered email at wclovers.com
Thank You

MemberHi,
Well, license is perfect.
You are using this at multi-site installation, update notice not even at network admin site?
Is there any security or firewall type plugins?
Thank You

ParticipantThere was an update notice on network admin site for Ultimate, and this is how I became aware that the measurements feature had been added. I am not sure of what the version number was before updating, but after updating it was 5.2.0 and dashboard no longer showing update available. The message from the dashboard was the plugin was successfully updated. After manually updating the anayltics plugin, the Ultimate plugin on the network dashboard now showed that an update was available – so updated and now have version 5.4.0.
