no I do not have any such pluging installed when I deactivate WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace the extra link disappears

Wow Super thanks for the update.
Issue 1, after installing the plugin I get two links that say Marketplace one works one is broken very strange. See here
– That’s really strange, are you sure second one is not from some other plugin? Where it link to?

I am 100% sure this happens when I activate the wclovers marketplace pluging please see photo.
