I wait for your response almost 2 monthes.
The issue was the payment gateways. As Admin, we dont want to be a participant of payment that are provided from Customer to Vendor. We want Customers to pay DIRECTLY to Vendors.
We want Vendors to be able to choose the payment method by themselves. Vendors have to be able to put their own payment data in their marketplace account.
We dont want to do this centrally through admin. We want to make payment Vendor-Customer reltionship.In your last Message you told us that you are testing a custom addon for this.
Can you please tell us, how close you are to solve this for us?
Or are you not able to solve this?
We have to know this information so that we can plan our workflow.

We are waiting 2 monthes for solving the payment issue, waiting for some offers and solutions. Are you able to simply give the customer the info about what is the status of the ticket, how far are you in working on it, and how much time will it approximately take?

Your last message was from 21.06.2019 and you told me that you will show me the Loom Video of how PayPal Payment Gateway is capable to work in the way we wanted to, so that Customers send their order payment directly to vendors.However, I didnt get any messages from you after that. I also didnt get any updates on checking the possibility to integrate the Trustly Payment Gateway.
Is there any progress in this directions?

Firstly, I am very unsatisfied, because I had a conversation with on of your agents, before I purchased this plugin. And I got a garantee, that the payments work exactly how I described.
I got a garantee that every Vendor can choose his payment method and will get the money DIRECTLY from Customers. With ALL possible payment methods.And now you say that the Vendors can use only offline payments.
But we can not work only with offline payments method. For juridical reasons we have to allow our vendors to get the payments directly from Customers and we can not be involved in that process.
So, if you can not give us the possibilty to allow vendors to get the payments directly from Customers with not only offline but also with the online payments, than we can not use your plugin anymore.
So, the question is: can you do this for us?
In the next update? At least in some update later?Can you do this?

I resolved the issue.
BUT: what about the previous problems that I wrote about? When will they be solved?

thank you for solving that issue.
But there are still some issues left.1. I deactivated the normal order invoice from PDF Invoice Plugin settings.
Result is the same. When I download the invoice from WCFM as Admin I get this normal store invoice, which has no use.

https://prnt.sc/ny86kbCould you please provide me the screenshot of how should I exactly activate a Vendor store invoice for Admin, so that the invoice downloaded from Vendor Dashboard and the invoice downloaded from Admin Dashboard look the same?
2. On 23 May I wrote you about an issue. And this issue is still unresolved.
I have created 4 Vendor Verification fields, and translated them in German with WPML. But they appear in English although I translated them.
Can you tell me how to fix this?

1. As admin I want to define a list of payment methods that vendors can use to get a payments from their customers.
2. When vendor chooses some payment methods, he should be able to input his own payment data, and the Customers should be able to see the payment data of a vendor at least in the invoice.How do I do that?

I updated your plugin. And after that Im not unable to go to the Dashboard! When I login I get this message:
Translation of this message in English is:” The website has technical difficulties. Please check the website administrator’s mailbox for further instructions.”
And that happened exactly after I updated your plugin!
Please, solve this as soon as possible.

today I updated all your plugins that I’ve bought from you. And then the party started. Look at the scrennshot.
This notification says that I updated the Store Manager Page 265 times in 5 minutes.
What is that? I have an IThemes Security plugin and have checked my site and my domain. Site and Domain are clean.Is there some security issues from you? Or some bug?
I strongly recommend you to answer the messages, because the issues connected with your plugin are getting worse and worse. And you refuse to answer more than 1 time in 4-5 days, which is rare.

I am very happy for you, that it’s worling perfectly by you.
But quite unhappy because it is not working by me.I will also show you how it works by me:
Step one. Creating a fields:

As you see, this 2 invoice have following problems:
1. They are different. Why?
2. Created invoice fields didnt appear on both invoices. Why?I am sending you the screenshot and explanations for almost 2 weeks. And you have an access to the admin Dashboard of my site. Is it impossible to simply check the problem?
Or you really believe that seeing how good it works by you will help me solving the issue by me?Hope you are able to solbe the issue or at least to explain me how to solve it.

All 3 issues are still there.
I didnt override anything in the invoice template.

you received the Admin login data from me earlier.
Is it not easier for you to simply log in as an Administrator an check all the things you need to know?
I mean, it would probably be easier then spending 3-4 days just for asking if the field is created and filled up.
Especially considering the fact that I wrote you already in the previous messages that I created and activated the fields.So, I just repeat my previous message and hope that you can answer my questions and fix the issues.
1. The Invoice created in WC Frontend Manager and the invoice that the Customer get per Email are different.

2. I created a Invoice field and activated it. But this field does not appear in the invoice.

3. I created a Invoice field. But I want this field to be obligatory to fill in by the vendors. How can I do that?

Honestly, I would have this issues solved as soon as possible, because not having a rightfully created Invoice means that I can not sell and also can not allow my vendors to sell in my marketplace. This is so at least in a German market.
So, I would be very thankful if you could solve the issues which I described before as soon as you could.
