I have made some changes to shipping methods only an hour or so before you checked it. I decided to remove all shipping methods other than ‘flat rate’ shipping. Thought I will give it a good testing with just the basic ‘flat rate’shipping active in case one of the shipping apps are causing it.
I will give it a good run and see it what happens. Will let you know.

The connection with shipping which ties the shipping to the vendor breaks. See attachment. I is how the order looks on Orders > Admin dashboard and Orders > Vendor EKKE dashboard.
Please advise.

JayjohanParticipantIt happened again! We are in the final stages of setting up the site. Again one of the test Vendors lost the connection with it’s shipping cost.
There is no way we can launch our site with this issue not resolved.
I would like to give you access to the back-end and the hosting (if needed) to figure out what is causing it.

You must be logged in to view attached files.johanParticipant…also, can it be possible for Admin to block a Vendor shop from being visible online – not disable it.
Example:
A Vendor is in breach of terms and conditions for having a shop.
Admin wants to remove the shop from being visible WHILE the Vendor sort out issues.
When not in breach anymore, Admin can then make the shop visible again.Disabling a shop seems to block the vendor from accessing his/her shop. Am I correct?

Now suddenly an order for 3 products opens 3 separate orders in Vendor > Orders.
Showing different amounts on the summery.
Although the order amounts shows correct if you open up all three.
In Admin it show up correctly as i order with all the amounts correctly.See attachments.
I can supply you with login’s to have a look if it will help. To the site as well as the hosting.
Any ideas?
Am I the only one experiencing this issues?

I have replace the main website and so far the setup is going smoothly…except for a small discrepancy. See the two images attached. In Admin the shipping shows correctly as $12.50. In Vendor it shows as $12.52.
Any ideas?
