i have two shipping problem

1. when vendor product buy customer and checkout page show “vendor name Shipping”.
eg. a vendor name “green line”. when customer buy “green line” vendor`s product, in checkout page show “green line shipping”. but i want to show Custom name Shipping. as pic “ship1”. how i change it.

2. in a State, i don’t want total State free shipping. i want specific pin code(712122,712401,712406,712410,712412,712413,712414,712415,712416,712417,712601,712602,712611,712612,712613,712614,712615,712616,712617) will be free shipping. and rest of State will be fix rate. and i create two shipping zone a. Within city and b. Within State. in “within city” zone i set Area wise specific pin code if free delivery. and rest of district “Within state” zone. but it can not work properly. i send pic:- 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and a,b,c,d
