Selecting contact info for each vendor

      Hello,
      How can i select which vendor contact details are hidden or displayed?

      I tried in the vendor settings in the admin dashboard, but the vendor can re-select the fields to display his contact info in his own dashboard settings, so as admin i don’t have that control.

      It’s important because if vendor pays a higher membership price then he has the chance to display his contact info.

      How can i do that?

      HI,

      Vendor may control those but if Admin set those OFF then vendor setting will not work!

      Between, if Admin off those then vendor ca’t even manage those. Are you using latest version of plugins?
      If not, please update to latest version.

      I set off in capabilities > market the threo options to show email, phone and address. Then in the store settings (as admin) i checked the boxes hide email”, “hide phone” and “hide address”. But then i go as a vendor and i have the option to set on the checkboxes “hide email”, “hide phone” and “hide address”. Then in the frontend, the three of them appear.

      What im doing wrong?

      Im using latest version.

      Hi,

      Ahh … no, you have done this right.

      Setting options are same for vendor and admin.

      If you want to disable those from vendors then OFF from capability.

      Hello,
      So its impossible to select which vendor can display the contact info? I mean…if i disable it in capabilities then this will set off for all vendors?

      Hi,

      If you want to manage this for individual vendors then you require WCFM Groups addon – http://wclovers.com/product/woocommerce-frontend-manager-groups-staffs/

      This allow you to setup capability for each vendors individually.

      There is an alternate solution for this as well, disable store visibility setting for vendors by adding this line of code –
      add_filter( 'wcfm_is_allow_store_visibility', '__return_false' );

      Hi,

      It’s a PHP code, so kindly add this to your child theme’s functions.php

      In case you don’t have any any child theme then add such custom codes using – https://wordpress.org/plugins/code-snippets/
