      Hi,

      Can I check with you on the following scenario in a single cart:

      1. Customer A bought product B listed by vendor B

      2. Customer A also bought product C listed by vendor C

      3. Vendor B marked status as completed for product shipped out.

      4. Vendor C is still on hold for the status.

      5. When Vendor B marked order as completed, the order status is marked as completed. Shouldn’t this be partial as payment is fully captured at payment gateway (stripe)?

      How do I rectify this ?

      Please keep disable “Order Sync” option – https://ibb.co/t8h94vZ

      Hence, each vendors order status will be handled separately and main order status will not affected by any vendor’s order status update.

      Hi,

      Thanks for the response.

      If that’s the case, how do I know when different vendors under the main order has processed/ completed their sub order at the order management page under admin account ?

      Is there any way I can view them and not clicked in each main order itself ??

      – You will receive notification for all these as Admin.
      WCFM Notification and WC main order note both will be updated.
