Database JSON error

      Hello,

      I migrate my page to final destination.
      I deleted test users and products after migrate.
      When I create new Vendor and I need to confirm it I got attached error when I click on pendong vendors under Vendors page.
      After confirm error message there is empty list.
      Is there any way to reset Database entries related to WCFM ?
      Or any other tip how to solve this ? I am now unable to confirm Vendor as I am not see him.

      Update…..

      During vendor registration is user registered as customer.
      There is no message to admin about pending vendor.
      In WP is newly created user as contributor, not customer as set in WP.
      In WCFM is listed as customer.

      Same result with or without approval.

      ANy tips ?

      – But how they did that? Vendor registration form does not allow user to register as “customer”

      Hello,

      Sorry … not Customer, Subscriber is right role.

      I mismatched english roles….

      Hi,

      Well, this it’s right.

      If “Registration Approval” option is ON then user created as “Subscriber”.

      Now go to WCFM Dashboard -> Vendors -> Click “Pending Vendors” button -> will see pending approval vendor applications.

      Well, if you are not receiving email as Admin then install this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/
      And check from email log whether emails are triggered or not!

      Hi,

      I attached screenshot when I create this thread.
      When I click Pending Vendors I got attached JSON error and empty list of pending vendors.
      This is my issue.

      Please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> fatal_erros log -> is any error generated?

      Well, hope you are using all latest version of plugins!

      There are som fatal errors from 30th APril, but none from today.
      Yes I have latest versions of all important modules.

      Hello,

      This problem is not related only to pending vendors.
      When I create Vendor manually, then list of vendors also generates AJAX error.

      I did it, but JSON error is still there.
      Maybe I will try to re-migrate web again, because on old site it looks fine.

      I try to migrate site with another plugin with same results.
      I deleted browser cache and install WP Super Cache and tried to remove all possible caches.

      I am still not able to access pending vendors table. (Now no pending vendor is waiting, but error is there)

      Attached is console errors when issued page “Pending Vendors” is loaded.
      Could it help ?
      Is it WCFM related ?
      I also found on new server is MariaDB 10.13.x instead of 5.5.5 on old server.
