Change the location of the inquiry button on the product page

  I’m trying to move the location of the inquiry button to the the right of the page, under the price of the item.
  How can I do this?

  I was also wondering- is there a way to add more info categories?
  At the moment I have on the single product page-
  Category: Clothes
  Tags: Dress
  I wanted to add an option of location, for example-
  Pick Up Location: Tel Aviv
