Hello,
I enabled the Knowledge Base module and indeed the vendors can access it from their Dashboard… but not me as admin!! I do not see any tab / subtab or any place to access the KB, so I cannot add any instruction.
Your support page https://wclovers.com/knowledgebase/wcfm-knowledgebase/ does not explain how to get to said module. Thanks for your great plugin.

HI,
Well, Knowledge base menu is at top bar of dashboard.
Don’t you have this as Admin – https://ibb.co/y6gFSXN
Off course you may add this to left menu using WCFM Admin Setting -> Menu Manager
Thank You

Thanks a lot for your quick reply. I had disabled the top bar, this is why I could not see the icon.
I take the opportunity to ask the following:
. see attached screenshot: in the store manager, as a vendor, I want to change the email but the field is not editable. Although I cannot change it, the systems keeps sending me email verification email. How can I change the email?
. as a vendor, I cannot add an attribute / value. I read in a forum that I would require Ultimate, but when I read the description: https://wclovers.com/product/woocommerce-frontend-manager-ultimate/ I cannot find the info. Please advise.
Thanks for your support.
Laurent

– Email change not allow as this is unique identifier for an user.
Vendors are allowed to add “New Term” to attribute during “Add Product” – https://ibb.co/sF6FJk4
Thank You

Thank you for your reply.
I do see the Add button to let a vendor add a new attribute but I do not see any button to add a new value to an existing attribute (see attached screenshot). Do I need to configure it somewhere (I can’t find where…) or is it part of the paid version?
Cheers

“– Email change not allow as this is unique identifier for an user.”
What if the vendor wants to update their email address?

– Yeah, this comes with WCFM Ultimate.

– Vendor’s are allowed to change store email, but not account email.
They have to request Admin for the purpose.Thank You
