About new customer support tab

We're shifting our Forum based support to a more dedicated support system!

We'll be closing our Forum support from 10th June, 2020 and move to Email Support assistance.

      Hi,

      Are you sure that new tab in Vendor need to be “Customer Support” ?, because all content is like store address.

      Hi,

      Yeah, it was there from first.

      Vendor may provide a separate Address and Contact details for “Support”, it’s not require to be always same as Store Address.

      It automatically visible under order details, customer order email and store invoice.
