      i check the banner at pc and mobile layout

      I find out the best display dimension

      PC is “1500×450”
      Mobile is “600 x 300”

      you could use pc and mobile see my site
      https://srjob.avg.gift/
      ( this site i use slider plugin)

      so i recommend store vendor could “separate” upload pc banner and mobile banner, there are different image upload area.
