      My question is
      1. Each store vendor will could chat with their customer?
      2. Platform Amdin: i could see each “conversation history” between store vendor and customer?

      Which plan i should pay?
      Lite plan or Standard plan?

      and use chat module will cause site slowly?

      ** No, it’s user to user, so Admin can’t check others chat right now.

      Well, talkjs is quite costly, I will suggest you should start with “Lite” plan and check how it’s performing and helpful for your users. Then later upgrade for better plan.
