Add ons lead to error

Add product page in the admin panel: seems that there’s a data processing error when trying to include add-ons, please see attached error file. This behaviour seems to occur when id=’error-page’ is added to the body tag following that error. See attached screenshot and error log. Please advise as it’s an urgent matter.

We’ve investigated and found that there seems to be an issue tied to the reviews. When the add ons are used and saved, the page seems to call on the related reviews which it cannot tie to the product and it then fails to load the page correctly. Definitely a problem but turning off the reviews at the Woo Commerce settings has provided a temporary fix whilst we investigate further. Will update you on what we find.

Please check at wp-admin -> WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs -> fatal_erros log -> is any error generated?

When the add ons are used and saved,

Plugin Woo Commerce Product Add Ons plugin – enables vendors to add custom product fields so customers can choose to personalise a product with a message or select from options. Much like attributes but better.

Are you getting any error when creating custom field using this for products?
