Add the hyperlink of "Store Banner" slider image of store vendor and delay speed

The “Store Banner” of store vendor only admin could edit, and i use “Slider” type

but i need hyperlink for each slider image
http://mall2.sites.moho.tw/admin/vendors-manage/223/

I use “metaslider” at my site
https://wordpress.org/plugins/ml-slider/

Could you add the hyperlink of “Store Banner” slider image of store vendor
such as “metaslider”.

1. add the hyperlink and have “Open in a new window” option at Store banner “slider image”
2. i could set slider delay change speed by ms

1. How about change speed?
Could i set slider delay change speed by ms?
If i think it change to faster, maybe change 5000ms one slider.

2. Sliders display over my phone screen, could fix it?

  return 5000;
});
