When a Vendor adds a staff member, all possible capabilities are available, however many of these capabilities should not display because they are unavailable to Vendors (nevermind staff!).
Please see image attached.
* In Admin > Settings, I have many Modules turned off (eg coupons).
* In Group capabilities (I only have 1 x Group), I also have many of these off eg some product types are turned off.
Why are they showing as options when a Vendor creates a Staff member?
