Admin Earnings Information

Hi,

(1) How will admin of a marketplace know about his earnings amount? I am not getting anything that will give the Admin a detailed reporting about his earnings from the Marketplace sales.

(2) I have ordered two items as test from a test vendor. The commission of the vendor are updated instantly after completing the order. But when i have logged into admin account there is no information about Admin’s earnings.

Total order value: 300
Vendor Earnings: 170 (Updated in vendor account instantly after completing the order)
Admin Commission: 0 (After 1 hour of completing the order)

Please help me to solve the issues.

Hello,

(1) Order is showing the earnings of the vendor as commissions. It is NOT showing the admin earnings. Please see the screenshot:

(2) I am checking the admin earnings from the Admin dashboard. I need to see the detailed information about admin earnings like how he has got that 130 amount. Please see the screenshot below:

When the marketplace will have many vendors then there should be a way to know from which vendor what amount of commission has been generated for the Admin for a particular time period. Based on that information, Admin can reward vendors.

(3) https://{mydomain}/store-manager/reports/ is showing a 404 error

(1) Order is showing the earnings of the vendor as commissions. It is NOT showing the admin earnings. Please see the screenshot:

– It’s showing Gross Sales and Commission. Rest is Admin Fee = (Gross Sales – Commission)

(2) I am checking the admin earnings from the Admin dashboard. I need to see the detailed information about admin earnings like how he has got that 130 amount. Please see the screenshot below:

– If you check orders list page as Admin will see all orders gross sales and commission details

(3) https://{mydomain}/store-manager/reports/ is showing a 404 error
