      Hello,

      My registration form for affiliate are not working. after vendor fill in the form and click submit, the form will become empty and nothing is happen. no data also in admin panel.

      Hi,

      Can you please check your WooCommerce error log report by navigating to wp-admin->WooCommerce->Status->Logs ?
      Please mention if there is an error over there.
