      Dear, I am having a very difficult time completing the withdrawal requests. I currently allow the option to pay via paypal but my paypal account does not allow the payment to be sent through the API and I was using the sandbox and now it has stopped working, the log is giving insufficient balance. I find this all very unproductive, however I am making the payments manually and can no longer complete the withdrawal request. I would like to simply enter the withdrawal request and mark as co-signed without having to be required to use fe API be sandbox or the API that actually performs the payment. Help me please I have several open payments and I do not know what else to do.

      How can I mark a withdrawal request manually? irrespective of the form of the withdrawal request, I just want to mark that it has been completed

      Hi,

      Well, first install this addon – https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rIJBdLgI8ARxHLskmZd4tBxwygtbe2Wn/view?usp=sharing

      It will add another withdrawal payment method – “Manual PayPal”

      Enable that and ask your vendors to change preferred payment method to this instead PayPal, it will not require API integration for withdrawal approval.

      Between, why your PayPal payout not working? Please check at your live PayPal account setting, Payout in enabled, talk to PayPal support as well.
