We’ve been up and running with our site for around six months now but our store level analytics has never worked. It has only ever showed site visitors from the US when we know this is not accurate, they’re almost all UK based visitors and our Google Analytics for the site confirms this. We added as snippet of code that you supplied that was designed to ensure it worked even when Geo Locate was not enabled but this made no difference. We set the default preferred country to the UK but again no change. We set up an account with Maxmind and got a licence key and connected it to the site but still no change. We have run out of options and the problem is still there which is making us consider a completely different route.
Does your software enable the use of Google Analytics at the vendor store level and if not, could you suggest a route to how this might be achieved?
