      Hi
I noticed that when a vendor has 2 appointment products .. and he can have two orders for the two products at the same time
to solve this issue according to the wc appointments I need to have a shop staff role
my vendors are freelancers and it will be difficult to ask them to create staff ..
is there a way to have them as vendors and staff at the same time? so they will have one schedule for all the products

      Hi

it sounds very similar to the issue I raised here last month

      https://wclovers.com/forums/topic/google-sync/

I hope that the guys are able to create a way that vendors can use this without staff, as for the vast majority of UK based businesses this is not going to work

      – Well, WC Appointments only check availability as per staff availability, not for vendors!

Certainly, we can not change this checking.

      Thank You

      Hello,

I use WCFM Ultimate + WCFM Marketplace to run a multi-vendor booking website and I bought woocommerce appointments 3 days ago. When I create an appointment from backend everything is OK, but when I try creating it from frontend the problem is following:

I go to product-> add new-> choose appointable, fill the name and the price – here everything is OK.

After that when I try setting custom availability from availability field it doesn’t work and all dates in the calendar are unavailable.
I tried demos and there is the same problem

      Thanks in advance,
      Atanas

No, Appointment plugin does not have any such prohibition.

As per their suggestion, it will be only possible by add “Staff” role to Vendor’s as well.

        Thank You

      Hi

As per their suggestion, it will be only possible by add “Staff” role to Vendor’s as well

I take it that means that the vendor will need two logins? one with a vendor account, and then they would need to add them self as a staff member?
if so that’s not going to work for the vast majority of small businesses,

      on the other hand

if a vendor could also be given “staff” level then that would be fantastic

      Steve
