Bug in Shipping settings

      If shipping capability is disabled for vendor and vendor makes any changes in his shop settings than shipping gets disabled. Please check the video.

      Some vendors use custom shipping options. As soon as shipping gets disabled the customer just sees standard shipping which creates lots of trouble.
