Can any store in 1x transactions remain 10K?

      I post the marketplace plugin. My fare set flat is 10K. But when customers buy a lot of products with many stores in 1 transaction, the shipping rate applies a multiple of the stores in it. Can any store in 1x transactions remain 10K?
      Please advise.
