Can not reach premium support

      Hello,

      I filled out the contact form on your homepage to reach the premium support but it tells me i did not fill out the order ID field (which i did).
      I tried in incognito mode and in normal mode. Unfortunatelly it is not the first time this happens and it is really annoying. How can i geet in contact with you?

      And second…this it what i wanted to ask the support.

      Hello,

      i had to set up my wordpress again and now i get this message when i try to activate my licence keys.

      Invalid API License Key. Login to your My Account page to find a valid API License Key.

      I copied them frpm my account dashboard.

      What might be wrong?
