cancel email notification

      I noticed that when I cancel appointment from the admin panel, it is sending an appointment cancellation email to the customer
      but if I cancel appointment from the vendor panel, this email is not sent to the customer.. and I do not see it in the mail log also
      hoe can I fix this issue …
