Cannot disconnect vendor from Stripe

      Hi

      I changed the test keys from Stripe. Now, the test vendors have to reconnect to Stripe.

      Unfortunately this cannot be done because the test vendors cannot disconnect from Stripe first. They get the error message: Array ( [error] => invalid_client [error_description] => This application is not connected to stripe account acct_1E8SP4GKQ4GnzA9J, or that account does not exist. ) Unable to disconnect your account pleease try again (see also attachment).

      How can I reconnect the test vendor accounts to Stripe?

      Hi,

      Well, this may only possible if you have connected this vendor account using a admin stripe configuration but now change those and trying to disconnect with another configuration.

      So, Stripe can not recognize parent stripe credentials!

      Hmm. Not quite sure how this could happen. But how can I reconnect the accounts to stripe now?

      PS: There is mention of connection to these accounts on the stripe side.

      I would greatly appreciate your further help.

      Hi,

      Can you please check once, whether your main Stripe account is running properly or not?

      Well, do you have connected this account in test mode and now switch to live mode?

      Hi,

      thanks for your fast reaction.

      The Stripe account is running properly. I have 1 of my 3 test vendors successfully connected.

      I have connected this account in test mode, and am still in test mode. I’m not yet going to live mode.

      How could I solve my issue? Is there a way to connect the other vendors without having to disconnect them on WCMMp side?

      OK, that’s really strange!

      Well, now this is possible but by reset data from user meta, from database.

      Can you do this yourself? Then I will guide you accordingly!

      Hi,

      Please browse “user_meta” table from database tables list.

      Now, search for – “vendor_connected” and “admin_client_id” meta_keys

      Delete those, all connected user will be disconnected from Stripe.
