cannot reactivate Vendor

      Hey Community,

      I accidentally “reactivated” an already activated account.
      In the tab review is now only “as unconfirmed makieren”.
      I had already unlocked the seller, but accidentally reactivated the account. Unfortunately, I can not change this anymore. Even a new click on the “mark as unconfirmed” button does not change the status. The seller is no longer verified.
      I think about SQL I can change a value in the corresponding table. But before I rummage in there, I’ll ask you once;)

      Hi,
      Reactivating a seller will not make it unverified. Can you please share us your website login details, so that we can see what exactly is happening?
