Cannot upload product images in vendor dashboard

Hi,
I cannot upload any product images in any dashboard, and I found this reply you posted to make sure that these settings are correct, but I do not even have these settings to set!
I am also using WCMP, and do not have a “media upload” setting, either.

“1. Product Featured Image – Capability
2. Product Gallery IMage – Capability
As you are using WCMp so kindly check it’s capability setting once, there has a “media upload” capability option – it should be enabled.”

Can you help with this problem?

Can you please check one thing in Google chrome browser console, is there any JS error exists or not!

Also, please show me a screenshot of your site’s WCfM product manager.

I have Firefox, but couldn’t figure out how to find the js errors.

Well, from screenshot it seems to me there has no errors.

Can you give me a bit more details what kind of issues you are facing at the time of upload?

When I click the image icon box, the screen just gets darker, and nothing else happens.

I tried a different Marketplace plugin to see if there was any difference, and I noticed that when I click the image icon box to add image, there is a blue selector that says choose image, but it just flashes on fast and does not allow me to use it.
