Hello,
Thank you for getting in touch with us!
Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it could be a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:
https://wclovers.com/knowledgebase/conflict-check/Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
Please let us know if you find the cause.
Looking forward to helping you.
Thank You!

I am getting the exact same problem. Did you find a solution for this?

I also have done the site health checks and there are no conflicts.

I have the same problem, after updating all WCFM plugins including ultimate today, none of the admin menus work.
No Products show
No vendors show
No orders showThis happened immediately after the upgrade. I was using the site fine before it.

Console is throwing the following error in wcfm-script-core.js

Just another update, I rolled back WCFM – WooCommerce Frontend Manager to version 6.4.8 and everything works fine again. I tried reinstalling 6.5.0 and the same issue occured so I rolled back to 6.4.8

Please clear all your local and server cache and try again. That should fix the issue.

Thanks, did you read my posts?
All my vendors were having the same issue, this was not isolated to my machine. I also turned off all caching and tried in a different browser, same issue. The only thing that worked was rolling back to a previous version of the plugin.

Hi,
Thanks, did you read my posts?
Yes of course 🙂
The error you got related to jQuery(…).qtip is a caching issue. From this version to improve speed and performance, we did many optimizations one of them is reducing the number of JS and CSS files.
Now if you are using any caching you will need to purge all the cache. Some of the servers even offer an additional cache of their own, so if that applies to you, you’ll need to clear that too. And, lastly your local browser cache.
Let me know if that solves the issue.Thank You!

Yes, I had already done that.
Browser cache
Varnish Cache
Op Cache
Page CacheAll cleared, force reload many times.
Even disabled our caching plugin, same problem. Only fix is to roll back.

HI Sushobhan, I have managed to fix this issue.
The problem was twofold, 1 the cloudflare cache was storing a copy of the qtip js file which was causing the issues, 2 we were minifying the qtip file to speed up the site, this was working fine beforehand but since the changes, this file cant be minimized so we turned that off and it seems to have fixed the issue.
Glad to see your doing work on speed, our site is quite slow, anything else you can do it much appreciated, particularly if you can load CSS/JS only on the pages its required and in the footer where possible
Thanks

Hi @ing.acrd,
Kindly go through this https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200169246-Purging-cached-resources-from-Cloudflare

I also had the same issue on 15 May morning after updating the plugins. Tried to empty wp fastest cache several times.but all in vain.
Hence I rolled back the whole site with previous day backup from my cpanel jetbackup.
Nice to hear that the issue solved after purging cloudflare cache. Iam also using bunnycdn along with cloud flare. Will purge both cache and check in my staging site which can be updated for testing again. Remember, always backup before updating plugins in live site. Never select all plugins at once to update. Update one by one. Better to check by visiting the homepage or store page after updating a plugin. Memorize or write down the plugin that you are going to update next. This is necessary to catch the culprit among the plugins. That one can be disabled for troubleshooting.
