      Is there any way to change the notification email texts? There seems to be some grammatical issues with the stock ones that get sent out for vendor registration & approval.

      You can change membership and registration emails from membership setting panel – https://ibb.co/fHNS1z
      You will have this from : WCFM Admin Dashboard -> Setting -> Membership
