      Hi,
      yes I did it right and from others place like store-manager/chatbox is working fine and also on product item is has chatbox and working.
      only at my-account/chatbox is not working.

      please advise!

      Ohh ok,
      I think I understand now, it always keep popup from the last you trying to chat or if someone start chatting.
      ok. sorry for this (is this normal?).

      but do you know why I cannot see chat now button label on store vendor from customer side? I see in on product items.

      also, the my-account/chatbox is not showing inbox. please advise and look into it. Thanks.

      Hi,
      the popup is always keep on on while changing pages. sometimes its distracting, its good if someone trying to chat you but this keep pooping up.
      Have you guys also look the my-account/chatbox? so we can go there if need to see chat.

      now is fine and absolutlety perfect. the chat also poping up when cust/vendor start chating.
      Inquiry and chat now module also appear now at stores.
