      Hello!

      The problem was solved only by removing the tick from “Identity verification”
      1. I don’t have a chat button on a particular store page.
      This is a problem, please help.

      Do you have “Chat Now” button at Single Product Page ?

      Please be sure, you do not disable “Chat” capability by mistake.

      Can I buy a permanent license?

      – As I know they do not have any such license !
