Could i create default note messages for the shop manager use?

      The default order note how the not email sent to the customer
      1. the shop manager should type word
      2. choose the “note to customer” option and click “add” button
      It will be more complex for the store users.

      COuld i create some default message, when the shop manager click, then sent email to the customer automatically.
      Such as
      1. Please get your food now! (您可以來取餐了！)
      2. We are busy now, please hold on! (我們忙碌中，延後外送！)

      Make the chiese word as button, let shop manager could see clearly and click it.

      How could i make it?

      If we need your custom, different site, could use different default message list?
      I could edit message lists myself.
