      Dear WCFM,
      Its been a while and nice we have firebase chat now, I did tried but I miss to find where is the customer chatbox on my account?
      chat page is no shortcode? Customer need to find their chat list. Did I miss something?

      store-manager chat is the place anyway.

      Please advise! Thanks.

      There is none in documentation, I saw only for vendor chat box, but did not see for the customer site (My Account).
      I saw new page https://example.com/chat
      but none of chat list there.

      Did I still miss it?

        Hello,

        Let me explain to you what our plugin has as an inbuilt feature for chat.

        With WCFM, there is a chat option available in vendor store page and single product page where-in the customer can chat with vendor. You can checkout the demo access once again https://wcfmmp.wcfmdemos.com/my-account/ and now let me know what exactly you are referring to here.

      Ok, so no chat-list support for the customer when they wanna see their chatlist again ya?
      Only vendor/shop manager and admin can see the chatlist on chatbox.

      Let me know If I wrong?

      With previous version of ultimate, talkjs chat before as customer/buyer can see their chat list with seller on myaccount/chatbox. so now buyer cannot see their chatlist on my account page? you guys remove that feature?

      Do I still miss it? Thanks.

      install the demo app then try the firebase chat and chat list function there.

      they have chatlist on my-account page. if the mobile app is available, then its easier to add it on website?
