Define local delivery city and zip code

      Hi dear All,
      How is possible Make available for local delivery products to be shipped on the same city and zip code of store address location?
      Because as it is made now, once vendor Enable local delivery by setting his slot it became global and this delivery option is allowable even in different country from vendors store address.
