Delivery driver is not working (Right now useless)

Sir, I have purchased your module but it’s not working as I have already sent a lot of mail regarding the same but still we are not getting any response from your side.

we purchased because you are asking you will provide an update fixe all the issue within the week.

Please update us on what is the issue. we are not able to wait for more time as already 15 days approx passed.

Still, we are not able to see how much cash in hand with driver/ delivery boy. and also not able to assign order just in one click (single click to assign all item delivery) Order status not updated to out for delivery and all other features which are already discussed not available to do our work smoothly.

Between, you will not see this order old orders. Place a new order and check.

I see but it’s about what is the total pending amount we are required to calculate the payments for each item.

where we see the total remaining payments with the delivery boy.

below issues are not Resolved:
1. The driver is not able to see the total payment required to receive from the customer. driver required to calculate for each item in that case driver received the wrong amount.
2. Admin is not able to see the total pending amount with the driver.

Sir, please add an option to assign delivery in a single click for a single order number for multiple items and also add an option for a driver to mark delivered for all the items in single so we can save the time. in the current scenario, driver required mark delivered for each item and admin also required to assign delivery boy for each item. this is very good but its time taking when all the items are available with the vendor so please add a one more option to assign in a single click for admin and mark delivered in a single click for the driver.

– it’s already there. Vendor are allowed to assign delivery person from order list page for all items at a time.

– Will add bulk status update option for drivers.

Admin allowed to assign any delivery person to any vendor.

Vendors are also allowed to assign delivery person, but only his own delivery persons!
