      Hello team,

      IF Admin sends Message to a vendor or vice versa, we cannot reply the same thread can have this kind of functionality one to one mapping or you have plans as you are moving Message to other section ?

      Hi,

      As I already told you, WCFM will have chat module very soon and then such direct messaging system will be no there.

      Chat is always thread, so no such issues at all.

      Hello team,

      just check attached ss, admin is not able to reply to Vendor message ? neither Vendor is able to.
      There is no where to click to reply anything.

      Plus if Vendor sends really long text then layout breaks. message , 2, 3 demonstrate it

      Admin or vendor just get notified but cannot reply.

      HI,

      I already mentioned you, there is no way yet to reply such a way. Vendor or admin may send another direct message as reply to that.

      We will check layout issue but that’s impractical message, there is no such long “single word”!
