      HI,

      You may do this from WCFM Dashboard -> Notification -> Send message to vendor section -> Do not select any particular vendor then it will send message to all vendors.

      I want to send through cellular text messages. is it possible vendor will recive on cell phone?

      Well, SMS notification not supported for bulk message. Maximum you may initiate mail by adding this line to your child theme’s functions.php –

      add_filter( 'wcfm_is_allow_notification_email_to_all', '__return_true' );

      Please send me exact plugin URL which you are using?

      Is vendors are now receiving any SMS notification?
